Villa Martinita has an Ibiza feel to it but fits in perfectly with the surrounding area. As you enter the Villa the hallway immediately opens up into a comfortable living and dining area with patio doors leading out to the covered terrace. Leading off the dining area you'll find a cosy kitchen, full of all the cooking essentials you'll need for your stay at Villa Martinita. Furthermore, there are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor which share a separate shower room. Upstairs you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. One is a twin and the other the master double. The master bedroom has a classic four poster bed, an ensuite shower room and access to a delightful balcony with views of the terrace and pool area.
Outside you'll find an enclosed garden, compromising of a tiled terrace, brick built BBQ and a soft green lawn. Cool off in the pool or lapse in the splendid sunshine on one of the sun loungers before heading to the nearest restaurant, only 60 metres away. A 25 minute walk takes you along the edge of Port Esportiu Marina and into the heart of Cala D'ors old town where you can enjoy a glass of the local Palo de Mallorca, or pick up some souvenirs from the local shops.
