Located in the increasingly popular resort of Cala en Porter, Villa Marques is a fantastic villa in a peaceful area yet within easy walking distance to everything this bustling resort has to offer.
Sitting in a larger than average plot for the area, this spacious villa boasts 4 bedrooms with fresh d�cor and air conditioning to provide a welcome relief from the summer heat. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all mod cons and the living/dining room opens up onto the front terrace with comfortable furniture overlooking the glorious swimming pool where we are sure many a happy hour will be spent splashing around with the children.
For days out, the gorgeous beach is a 5 ? 10 minute walk via the beach steps or 15 minutes by road. A few minutes from the villa you can find a couple of restaurants and bars where you will experience the most spectacular sunsets on the island, whilst the main resort center with shops and restaurants are all within easy reach.
