It's located in the sought-out location of Alcanada. A true beachfront beauty, you're just a stone's throw away from a beautiful stretch of coast flanked by calm, blue waters. To reach the town's vibrant centre, hop in the car for a few minutes to experience its fantastic gastronomic and shopping scenes. Further afield are the bustling resorts of Alcudia and Pollensa, with impressive old towns that echo the island's fascinating past. After a day of seeing their historic sites, there's a plethora of bars and restaurants at your disposal, offering local wines and delectable Spanish delicacies.
Our favourite feature? It has to be the incredible rooftop terrace. You could spend hours gazing out over the phenomenal panoramas, with views over the glistening Mediterranean Sea and dramatic surrounding mountainscape. Full of exotic plants, cacti, and palm trees, the verdant gardens transform the outdoors into a tropical oasis. The pool terrace is another outdoor favourite, with a sparkling kidney-shaped pool with beautiful mosaic tile detail, lined with sun loungers for catching some rays. There are multiple balconies with comfy seating for unwinding with a morning coffee or even a wide alfresco dining table for tasty meals in the crisp sea air.
The exteriors of Las Olas radiate elegance and magnificence, with grand pillars and archways framing the whole home. There are still plenty of traditional features left in the design, with rustic stone features, wooden shutters and light beige-splashed walls. As soon as you enter the villa, you're hit with a feeling of home and warmth. The overall colour scheme is bright and cheerful, with fresh creme walls, bronze glossy floor tiles and rich wooden furniture. The bold orange sofas in the living room, combined with the colourful wall art and vibrant house plants, create a cosy atmosphere. Charming and quaint, the kitchen has a country-chic finish to it, with retro wooden gloss cabinets mixed in with high-end appliances. Adjoined is the dining room, with an opulent six-person table and wide windows, which flood the area with natural sunlight. Across the villa, you'll find three different-sized bedrooms, with a master, a double, and a twin, that can comfortably sleep up to six adults.
