We really were taken away by the beauty of this property, inside and out. Set within a small oak forest, Encina meaning Holm Oak in Spanish, gives this property its name.
This property has been beautifully and carefully recently renovated, displaying modern airy rooms, white-washed walls and painted beams whilst still retaining its traditional appeal. Amongst its renovation, the property now boasts brand new bathrooms, shower rooms and features contemporary lighting and new flooring throughout. From the private parking area, wide stone steps lead us to the entrance of the property and into the comfortable airy living area, with stylish seating and a large smart TV. From the living room, an archway leads us to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and dining facilities for up to 8 people. On the ground floor, you will also find two of the four bedrooms, one double with an ensuite bathroom and one twin which has access to a separate bathroom.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where you'll find the remaining two bedrooms, the double has an ensuite bathroom and has stunning views of both Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir Mountains. The last bedroom consists of twin beds and all have free air conditioning.
At Solmar we know that the outside is where you really want to be on your holiday. The terrace has plenty of spots to relax in, with garden furniture, padded sun loungers and an exterior day bed. Fancy a drink or two? Then why not make use of the outside bar area and have a game of table football? Wanting a bit of shade? Then take a seat under the towering old oak trees, or enjoy a glass of wine on the covered terrace.
This stunning property sits in between the towns of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. Pollensa is well worth a trip and is only a short 5-minute drive away. Having been conquered time and time again through the centuries, Pollensa has become steeped in rich history and culture. In more recent years Pollensa Old Town has captured the imagination of artists, writers and musicians. Why not walk in their footsteps and explore the beauty they saw with your own eyes!
