A few steps from the beach, easily reachable on foot in two minutes, is Casa Lucia: a comfortable villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal to comfortably accommodate 6 to 9 people.
The villa externally has a small private entrance courtyard where it is also possible to park two cars inside and on the back there is an additional completely closed and reserved outdoor space where it is possible to eat or enjoy relaxing outdoors. Internally large living room furnished with direct access to the three bedrooms, the bathroom and the kitchen. From this last room it is possible to reach the back yard and another room where there is a second kitchen and another bathroom.
